Past Talks

This is a collection of talks I gave in the longer past. Some of the dicussions in the talks might not be up-to-date, e.g., some open question might not be open any more. Some of these talks had a special meaning for me.

Talks

  1. Programming Molecules to Compute in Real Time. Job talk, 2019.
  2. Asymptotic Divergences and Strong Dichotomy. ICICL, 2019.
  3. Real-Time Computability of Real Numbers by Chemical Reaction Networks. Graduate Student Conference in Logic, Madison, Wisconsin.
  4. Some Thoughts on Normality, Algorithmic Randomness, and Analog Computing. Swarthmore College, 2019.
My first job talk, for a visiting position. I did not get the job, though.
  5. Real-Time Computability of Real Numbers by Chemical Reaction Networks. Unconventional Computation and Natural Computation (UCNC), 2016.
My first formal talk ever. My advisor commented on a very good talk in the conferences, saying that was the second best talk. That was his way of saying other thing is the best, e.g., "Texas has the second best barbecue (after Kansas)".
